Owner Jim Dinert has 40+ years of experience building both single and multifamily developments in the Pittsburgh area. He was born and raised in the South Side of Pittsburgh, began working construction at the age of 25, and never looked back. His experience and passion for this industry is evident in every home he builds. Jim searches for consumer friendly locations, acquires the land, visualizes the neighborhood and turns it into reality.
